Okayyyy, so, I've been playing "Spider-Man Unlimited" a lot lately, so I sat down and thought, hey, let's design a new, completely original Spider outfit. That sounds like fun.

I made a bunch of decisions specifically to counter the original - make the spider red and the face blue, drop the webs, drop the white eyes in favour of the background colour (in this case blue) ... and then I realise that, aside from some detailing, I've basically designed Spider-Man 2099.

Well, at least now I understand the design process behind that outfit a little more...
